Terms of Service — Stage Management Training Course

1. Who This Agreement Is Between
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Stage Management Training Course created and owned by Drew Lenox ("the Course"). By purchasing or accessing the Course, you agree to these terms. If you are purchasing on behalf of a school, theatre program, or organization, you are agreeing to these terms on that organization's behalf.
2. What You're Buying
Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Course content for personal or organizational use as defined by your license tier. You are not purchasing ownership of any course materials. All content remains the intellectual property of Drew Lenox.
Individual licenses are for one person only. Organizational and educational licenses define the number of authorized users at the time of purchase. Using a single license to grant access to additional users beyond what your license covers is a violation of these terms.
3. What You Cannot Do
Regardless of license type, you may not:
Share, sell, sublicense, or transfer your account credentials to any other person
Download, reproduce, or redistribute video lessons in any format
Record course video content via screen capture or any other method
Repackage, resell, or incorporate course content into your own training materials or products
Use course content for any commercial purpose without written permission from Drew Lenox
Downloadable assets such as templates and PDFs are provided for your personal or organizational use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or publish them publicly in any form.
4. Organizational and Educational Licenses
If you have purchased an organizational or educational license, your license covers the number of users specified at the time of purchase. You are responsible for ensuring that access is limited to authorized users within your organization. Adding users beyond your license tier requires purchasing an upgraded license. Drew Lenox reserves the right to audit usage and revoke access for accounts found to be in violation.
5. Intellectual Property
All course content, including but not limited to video lessons, written scripts, downloadable materials, frameworks, and course structure, is protected by U.S. copyright law. © Drew Lenox. All rights reserved.
Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. Any unauthorized use of course materials may result in termination of access and legal action.
6. Refunds
Refund terms are as follows: [Insert your refund policy here — e.g., full refund within 7 days of purchase if fewer than 3 lessons have been accessed.] Once significant course content has been accessed, refunds are not available.
7. Access and Platform
The Course is hosted on FreshLearn. Access is subject to platform availability. Drew Lenox is not liable for temporary outages or platform-related interruptions. In the event the course platform changes, reasonable notice will be provided and access will be migrated or extended accordingly.
8. Termination
Drew Lenox reserves the right to revoke access without refund if these terms are violated. This includes but is not limited to credential sharing, unauthorized redistribution of content, or misuse of downloadable assets.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Course is provided for educational purposes. Drew Lenox makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability for any claims arising from use of the Course is limited to the amount paid for access.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sacramento County, California.
11. Changes to These Terms
Drew Lenox reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Course following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
